This ceramic stoneware sculpture features four ladies semi submerged in a small blue pool. They are all wearing black swimming caps, and bathing costumes in blue, green and yellow. caps, cozzies and pool are glazed in very shiny glaze, bodies are more matt. They all have their eyes covered but have happy faces, and are ready for a swim. The 'water' in the pool is transparent, translucent and looks quite real....
